Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Hold valid professional qualifications in your field

User Responsibilities

For Healthcare Professionals

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your qualifications and experience
• Maintain valid professional licenses and certifications
• Respond promptly to communications from Medicaira and potential employers
• Comply with German immigration and professional licensing requirements
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances

For Healthcare Facilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about job positions and requirements
• Comply with German employment laws and regulations
• Treat all candidates fairly and professionally
• Honor employment contracts and agreements
• Pay agreed-upon recruitment fees in a timely manner

Service Fees

Medicaira charges fees for its recruitment services. Specific fee structures will be provided separately to healthcare facilities. For healthcare professionals, our services are generally provided at no cost, though certain optional services may incur fees.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide excellent service, Medicaira does not guarantee:

• Job placement for all candidates
• Approval of visa or recognition applications
• Specific timelines for placement or approvals
• That all candidates will meet employer requirements

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Medicaira and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the recruitment process, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Medicaira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.
